Our room and our hosts have been nothing short of fantastic... the most welcoming and cheerful of people... can't do enough for us... lovely people .. we have felt like hone from home since we arrived.. very clean.. tidy and most of all comfortable... we will definitely recommend to anyone xx

Room was very clean with a lovely and warm flat to wall heater thing which was pretty cool. General design of the room was nice, it had a decent border around the bed which is actually comfy to lean on. Shower was always warm and the staff I met were great, very helpful - well worth the money!

Was a good place overall stayed for a weekend. Rooms were nice, tidy and pretty clean when we arrived, blankets were super soft and there was a TV with accounts for Netflix, Disney etc. Expected way worse for the money but it was great value, and right by the sea. Fire alarm did start to go off randomly in early evening so knocked a star off for that because it took 15 mins to get someone to turn off. Self-service isn't for everyone but you come and go as you please with codes. Would happily stay again.
I arrived earlier than expected. I needed to drop my cases to return 2 hours later. There was clear guidance at the door on how to contact the hotel team and within 10 minutes I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming chap called Mitch who gladly put my cases in storage and within 15 minutes I was contacted by telephone to assure me that the door codes would be sent by a certain time. Which they were. Jessie was bubbly and friendly and professional. When i arrived at the pre arranged time I was greeted by Tony who was friendly and insisted on carrying my very heavy case up to my room. This is my 3rd working season in Blackpool and I have never recieved such a professional yet friendly welcome. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable with brand new cotton sheets and covers. The room was immaculately clean. Netflix an absolute bonus. Cleaners couldn't do enough for me. Definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you for a home from home experience.
